Two new tools for Flexible Flaw Detection and Bead Inspection have been added to the In-Sight Explorer software - helping you eliminate defects automatically. Prevent false rejects The new Flexible Flaw Detection (FFD) tool provides higher accuracy inspection to overcome errors from lens and perspective distortion, scale changes, print registration errors, and stretch from line scan images in one easy tool. The FFD tool works for both colour and greyscale applications and is used to find: - edge and surface defects
- boundary defects - conformity of shape
- surface defects - stains and scratches
- print inspection - silk screen logos

Accurate bead detection The In-Sight Explorer® Bead Inspection Tool reliably find bead defects and can tolerate dramatic changes in shape by performing multiple inspections simultaneously. The bead inspection tool enables users to: - Find positional defects

users can locate the bead anywhere in the field of view. - Find width and gap defects
