Packaging safety guaranteed

A traditional sensor can detect the presence of a seal, but that is not good enough for this manufacturer. They need to ensure that the seal is properly placed on the cap.

Checker's brightness sensors can detect the presence of the seal, and additional brightness sensors are placed above the cap. If the brightness sensors detect the bright reflection from the seal, then the cap is not properly sealed.
